Delegations

The Bilderberg Delegation Team works to ensure that VIP visitors, who want to see first hand how Bilderberg Group turns vision into reality, enjoy a warm and well-informed welcome. Prior to any visit, the Delegations Team ensures that it fully understands the specific areas of interest. This allows the presentation to be tailor-made to fit requirements and convey the maximum information. A typical presentation lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, and is followed by a 15 minute Q&A session. Presentations can be conducted in Vietnam or English and, depending on staff availability, a variety of other languages. The team utilizes a range of media, scale models, boat trips and site visits to ensure every visitor enjoys the optimum experience.
